dviejuose sektoriuose drabužius:
Kojines, kurios yra įtrauktos į sektorių “Apatiniai drabužiai ir Liemenėlės” ir
Besiūlius marškinėlius, kurie yra įtraukti į sektorių “Marškinėliai ir kiti trikotažiniai drabužiai”.
Pagrindinė kompanijos produkcija yra kojinės, kurios atstovauja beveik 100% produkcijos, marškinėliai
atstovauja labai nedidelį procentą produkcijos ir yra laikomi kaip pavyzdžių produkcija.
Energijos Paskirstymo Paramos Įrankis EDST yra priemonė, kuri gali išanalizuoti tik vieną sektorių tuo
metu, tai reiškia, kad kiekvienam sektoriui turi būti užpildytas atskiras EDST Excel failas, sukurtas
kompanijos.
Šiame pavyzdyje, kompanija XPTO gamina dviejuose sektoriuose, “Apatinių drabužių ir Liemenėlių” bei
“Marškinėlių ir kitų trikotažinių drabužių” sektoriuose, tai reiškia, kad du EDST failai turi būti sukurti,
po vieną atskiram sektoriui.

sektorius. Kai vartotojas susipažins su SESEC projekto įrankiais, su energijos valdymo koncepcijomis ir
jų įgyvendinimu, šis energijos paskirstymas bus suderintas ir to pasekoje arčiau realybes
Atsižvelkite į mūsų kompanijos pavyzdį XPTO, ši kompanija gamina dviejuose sektoriuose “Apatiniai
drabužiai ir Liemenėlės“ ir “Marškinėliai ir kiti – trikotažinei drabužiai” kur marškinėliai šiame
sektoriuje yra laikoma kaip bandomąja produkcija (skaitykite skaidre 14). Sekantys paveiksliukai
parodo pradinį paskirstymą, esamam pavyzduje.

Kaip matote energijos suvartojimo mastas yra paskirtas „Apatinių drabužių ir Liemenėlių“ sektoriui
todėl, kad beveik visa produkcija susijusi su šiuo sektoriumi, taip pat atkreipkite dėmesį, kad
kiekvieną mėnesį tiek elektros, tiek šiluminė energija sudaro 100% (Pvz: Sausį elektros suvartojimas
yra 98% “Apatiniams drabužiams ir Liemenėlėms“ ir 2% “Marškinėliams ir kito – trikotažo
drabužiams”) taip pat Rugpjūti nebuvo jokių marškinėlių gamybos taigi, neišvengiamai, tai parodo 0%

žemesnės nei 0% ar aukštesnės nei 100%

„Įrangos/Įrengimų” stulpelyje (žiūrėti paveiksliuką žemiau) naudotojas yra prašomas įvesti kiekvieną
įrengimą, ar grupę įrengimų, susijusių su nurodytu procesu. Naudotojas gali arba įvesti vieną įrengimą
per eilutę, arba grupę panašių įrengimų, kurie paprastai dirba tiek pat valandų ir turi tas pačias elektrines
charakteristikas, pvz: panašus suvartojimas. Kaip pavyzdį pažvelkite į kompaniją, turinčią 5 mezgimo
įrengimus;
Pavyzdys 1: Įrengimai yra to paties modelio ir/ar turi tas pačias elektrines charakteristikas, įrengimai 1, 2
ir 3 paprastai dirba visas gamybos valandas ir 4-irtas and 5-tas paprastai dirba puse laiko. Šiame
pavyzdyje naudotojas turėtų įvesti įrengimus 1,2 ir 3 vienoje eilėje ir 4 bei 5 kitoje eilėje.
Pavyzdys 2: Įrengimai yra to paties modelio ir/ar turi tas
pačias elektrines charakteristikas, bet turi visiškai
skirtingas darbo valandas. Naudotojas turėtų įvesti
kiekvieną įrengimą į skirtingą eilę.
Pavyzdys 3: Įrengimai yra nei to paties modelio nei turi tas
pačias elektrines charakteristikas, bet dirba be sustojimo
visas darbo valandas. Naudotojas turėtų įvesti kiekvieną

turint omenyje, kad jos turi panašų suvartojimą, tada

kiekvieną vietą su instaliuotu apšvietimo tipu.
Paveiksliuke žemiau atkreipkite dėmesį į tai, jog tiek “Mezgimui” tiek
“Apdailai”, “Stebėjimo” laukelis parodo “Kojines & Marškinėlius”, tai
reiškia, kad tiek mezgimas tiek apdaila abiems sektoriams vyksta toje

Galiausiai, toje pačioje lentelėje, naudotojas yra prašomas įvesti pasirinktų šviesos tipų kiekį ir jų
naudojimo koeficientą. Įvedus visus duomenis į šią lentelę, įrankis paskaičiuoja “Pilnutinės Galios Srovę”
ir fone, naudojant darbo valalandas, įvestas anksčiau, taip pat apskaičiuoja “Pilnutinės Galios Energiją”.
Dėl:
Kiekio Visada laikykite “Kiekį” kaip lempų kiekį(skaičių) netgi jei kompanijoje yra dvigubi ar trigubi
šviestuvai, pvz: yra 10 dvigubų šviestuvų, įvedant kiekį, įveskite 20 lempų. Įtraukite visas veikiančias
lempas netgi jei paprastai jos yra išjungtos.
Naudojimo koeficiento Nors ir visos buvo suskaičiuotos, ne visos lempos yra įjungtos darbo metu.
Naudokite „Panaudojimo koeficientą" reguliuoti laiko trukmę, kada lempos yra įjungtos.
Pavyzdyje (žiūrėti paveiksliuką žemiau) “mezgimo” vietoje yra 150 dienos šviesos vamzdelinių 36W lempų
su elektroniais balastais, kurie yra vidutiniškai įjungti 70% procentų laiko.

“Suspausto oro” lentelėje, naudotojas yra prašomas įvesti “Pilnutinės galios srovę” the “Vidutinę darbo
apkrovą” ir teorinį oro srovės paskirstymą. Dėl:
• Pilnutinės galios srovė šis paskaičiavimas gali būti atliktas naudojantis paramos įrankiu, kurį rasite
“Įrengimų” lentelėje (skaidrė 20). Išrinkite elektros duomenis iš kiekvieno aktyvaus kompresoriaus
bei džioviklio ir sekite įrankio nurodymais dėl kVA skaičiavimo.
• Vidutinės darbo apkrovos vidutinė darbo apkrova gali būti matoma kaip santykis tarp suspaudimo
momento ir viso darbo valandų skaičiaus.
Nors ir geriausias būdas tęsti procesą yra su elektriniais matavimais, gali būti pritaikomas praktinis
metodas, naudojant laikrodį. Įsivaizduokite kompresorių, kuris 60 minučių laiko tarpe, efektyviai
suspaudžia orą per 30 minučių. Vidutinė darbo apkrova yra 30/60=50% (jei turite pakankamai
kantrybės, padidinkite laiko trukmę geresniems rezultatams gauti). Ankstesnis metodas yra taikomas
ir įjungtam/išjungtam kompresorių tipui. Jei kompresorius turi kintantį greitį, tada duomenys darbo
apkrovai išrinkti turi būti preieinami kompresoriaus reguliatoriuje.
• Teorinio oro srovės paskirstymo Dėl to, jog yra sunku paskirstyti suspausto oro vartojimą be
išmatavimų, geriausias būdas yra apytikriai apskaičiuoti suvartojimą instaliacijos metu, remiantis
įmonės patirtimi. Geriausias būdas apskaičiuoti suspausto oro vartojimą yra nustatyti, didžiausius
suspausto oro vartotojus, jų kiekį bei vidutinį darbo valandų skaičių visuose procesuose, ir susieti
tuos tris dalykus, o tada suderinti rezultatus su tais pačiais duomenimis, bet iš mažiau intensyvių
suspausto oro vartotojų.

Šiame pavyzdyje abu sektoriai turi tokį patį teorinį paskirstymą dėl dviejų pagrindinių priežasčių:
• Didžiausias rūpestis analizuojant paskirstymą buvo “Apatinių drabužių ir Liemenėlių” sektorius, nes
tai yra pagrindinis įmonės sektorius;
• Svoris tenkantis suspausto oro vartojimo mašinoms Mezgimui ir Apdailai yra praktiškai tas pats
abiejuose sektoriuose, pvz: Mezgimo ir Apdailos santykis yra apie 60%-40% nepaisant produkto.

“Garų / Karšto vandens” lentelė turi panašų metodą kaip ir “Suspausto oro” lentelė. Čia naudotojas yra
prašomas įvesti the “Pilnutinės Galios Srovė” the “Vidutinę darbo apkrovą”, ir teorišką garo/karšto
vandens srovės paskirstymą. Didžiausias skirtumas tarp šios and ir suspausto oro lentelės mažėjimo
koeficiento įvedimas. Taip pat lentelė numato tiek kuro, tiek elektrinius garo/karšto vandens generatorius
Dėl:
• Pilnutinės Galios Srovė šis paskaičiavimas gali būti atliktas, naudojantis paramos įrankiu available in
the “Machinery” sheet (slide 20). Išrinkite elektros duomenis iš kiekvieno aktyvaus garo/karšto
vandens generatoriaus ir sekite įrankio nurodymais dėl kVA paskaičiavimo. Atminkite, jog tai yra
susiję su elektros vartojimu ir tai neturi nieko bendro su šilumine galia.
• Vidutinės darbo apkrovos vidutinė darbo apkrova gali būti matoma kaip santykis tarp efektyvaus
degimo/pasipriešinimo aktyvavimo laiko ir bendros darbo trukmės.
Nors ir geriausias būdas tęsti procesą yra su elektriniais matavimais, gali būti pritaikomas ir praktinis
metodas, naudojant laikrodį. Įsivaizduokite garo/karšto vandens generatorių, kuris 60 minučių laiko

• Mažėjimo koeficientas Mažėjimo koeficientas pagrindinai veikia tokiu pačiu principu kaip ir
“Panaudojimo koeficientas”, kurį rasite “Apšvietimo” lentelėje (skaidrė 25). Ten darbo valandos buvo
jau nustatytos „Įmonės duomenų" puslapyje bet ne visi generatoriai yra įjungti tuo metu. Naudokite
„Mažinimo koeficientą" tam, kad suderinti laiko trukmę per kurį generatoriai yra įjungti;
Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad garo/karšto vandens generatoriai, tiek elektroniniai tiek greitai įsikarščiuojantys
generatoriai, yra prieinami duomenų įvedimui. Galite įvesti vieno arba abiejų generatorių tipų duomenis
ir jeigu turite daugiau nei vieną tokio paties tipo įrengimą įveskite “Pilnutinės Galios Srovės” sumą ir
pritaikykite prie “Vidutinės darbo apkrovos” ir “Mažėjimo koeficiento”.

“Degalų” lentelė buvo sukurta išskirti kuro
suvartojimą, kuris yra naudojimas pagaminti
garą/karštą vandenį per šilumos generatorius
(netiesioginė šilumos gamyba) ir degalus, kurie
yra naudojami tiesiogiai gamybos įrengime kaip
džiovintuvas. Taigi pasidalijimas tiesiogiai ir
netiesiogiai bendrai suvartoto kuro yra būtinas.
Dėl paskirstymo, pasikartojanti problema tęsiasi.
Be paskaičiavimų yra labai sunku paskirstyti kuro
vartojimą, todėl toks pat metodas turi būti
atliktasis kaip ir „Suspausto oro" bei
„Garo/Karšto vandens" vartojime. Įveskite
lentelėje teorinį paskirstymą, visą degalų
suvartojimą, nepaisant to, kur jie buvo sudeginti
(tiesiogiai ar netiesiogiai).
Remiantis esamais skaitikliais ar jūsų supratimu bei patirtimi, įveskite čia kuro procentą, kuris yra
sunaudojamas tiesiogiai, pvz: kuras, kuris yra sudeginamas gamybos įrengimuose kaip džiovinimo
aparatuose ir radiatoriuose..

Kai ankstesnė “Garo/karšto vandens” lentelė prašo tik garo/karšto vandens paskirstymo, pvz: karšto
skysčio paskirstymo, tai šioje lentelėje norima sužinoti kaip degalų vartojimas yra paskirstomas.
Pavyzdžiui, įsivaizduokite kompaniją, kuri turi A ir B procesus. Procese A yra vartojami tik garai, tuo tarpu
procese B yra vartojami tiek garai, tiek degalai. Garų paskirstymas procese A yra 80% ir 20 % procese B,
tai yra rezultatas “garų/karšto vandens” lentelei. Šioje “Degalų” lentelėje, degalų paskirstymas abiems
procesams yra 50%. Tai nutiko todėl, kad ten yra labai intensyvūs įrengimai, kurie degina degalus
tiesiogiai ir tai pakeitė šilumos paskirstymą tarp procesų.
Mūsų pavyzdinėje lentelėje (žiūrėti
paveiksliuką) kompanija nevartoja degalų
tiesiogiai, bet paskirstant visą degalų
vartojimą, visi jie yra naudojami apdailai
(netiesiogiai per garus)
Atkreipkite dėmesį taip pat čia, panašiai į
“garo/karšto vandens” lentelę, čia yra
mėnesinis paskirstymas, taip pat dėl to, jog
šilumos paskirstymas yra labiau paveiktas
sezoniškumo, pvz: reguliuojamas šildymas.

svarbią šiluminę energiją, pagamintą šilumos generatoriuose ir/arba tiekiamą išorinio šaltinio.
