The Consortium relies on outstanding competences of the partners, spread over 6 countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Belgium) to provide the missing energy efficiency benchmarks and ready-to-use solutions for the large number of SMEs as well as larger companies. The SESEC project has 4 major objectives:
• To develop, test and offer an Energy Efficiency tool for clothing production, made up of guidelines and web-based applications, suitable for SMEs and large companies
• To transfer the project results to the sector, EURATEX members and interested companies
• To offer training and support to companies to implement energy-saving measures considering cost-effectiveness
• To improve opportunities for energy-efficiency for the whole European clothing industry

15. Parametri koji utječu na potrošnju
Maksimalni tlak
Izaberite prikladnu razinu
smanjenjem ventila).

16. Parametri koji utječu na potrošnju
Pad tlaka
• Povećanje operativnih troškova
• Manji promjeri, niži troškovi montaže, veći gubici i zbog toga- viši operativni

izgaranje, zagrijavanje vruće vode, predgrijavanje procesne vode)

18. Parametri koji utječu na potrošnju
Temperatura dovoda zraka

Filteri povećavaju trošak održavanja i rada
Filteri se moraju redovito provjeravati
Voda
održavanja i imaju gubitke zraka.

• Smanjuje Stop & Go (pokretanje i zaustavljanje) kompresora
• Omogućava dimenzioniranje kompresora ispod maksimalnih vrijednosti tlaka
• Opcija instalacije sekundarnih spremnika pored izdvojenih korisnika i/ili
periodičnih se može razmotriti
Dimenzioniranje spremnika
• Veličina spremnima ovisi o obimu promjena u potrebi za zrakom. Veličina

31. SMANJENJE TEMPERATURE PRI
USISAVANJU ZRAKA
Tehnička literatura navodi da smanjenje
od 5°C ulazne temperature kompresora
(s obzirom na uobičajenu temperaturu)
stvara uštede od 2% godišnje potrošenih
kWh.

33. Slučajevi iz prakse
Opis:
klipna kompresora hlađena vodom kapaciteta 15 m3/min svaki.
15 i 65 m3/min. Obradom svih relevantnih podataka definiran je novi sustav
komprimiranog zraka s optimalnom uporabom energije.

otplate investicije.

37. Ponavljanje
Pretjeranu energetsku potrošnju kroz komprimirani zrak mogu
