The need of efficient decision making system is a common problem so we can think that top and middle management can
be shared between different company.
Project management is often used by industries to cover temporary works , so we can think that a sharing of this expertize
can be deeply introduce.
With a velocity management strategy we can have rapid response to every management question and this can

DISCUSSION – CONCLUSION
We can say that using velocity management strategy we can have efficient management decision making system to be
applied to many project, reducing heavly the total cost ( about 60%) and improving the final endpoint.
Using ICT PRINCIPLE added to professional social media tools and velocity management strategy we can
Have HIGH performance in decision making system much more than classic management theories.
ICT and communication trought social media power make the differences.
