Introduction
In today global market company and industries
need instrument to better enter in strategic business. We can
easily see that the life of many products and service is very
short and the need of efficient instruments is a real fact.
ICT, professional social media, sharing economy principle
can be applied in this field. The need of efficient decision
making system is a common problem so we can think
that top and middle management can be shared between
different companies. Project management is often used by
industries to cover temporary works, so we can think that
a sharing of this expertise can be deeply introduce. With a
velocity management strategy we can have rapid response
to every management question and this can develop every
kind of project.
Discussion–Conclusion
We can say that using velocity management
strategy we can have efficient management decision
making system to be applied to many project, reducing
heavily the total cost (about 60%) and improving the final
endpoint. Using ICT PRINCIPLE added to professional
social media tools and velocity management strategy we
can Have HIGH performance in decision making system
much more than classic management theories. ICT and
communication trough social media power make the
differences.
