High School Journalists This School helps today’s high school students become tomorrow’s electronic journalists by offering  a wide variety of programs and activities that fund, support and advance electronic journalism education across the country. This also plays a critical role in creating broadcast journalism programs, developing curriculum and garnering support for the programs within  their communities.
Undergraduate Journalists In this part students has the organizations support electronic journalism education for undergraduate students by offering eight prestigious scholarship.  All scholarships are paid in semi-annual installments for one academic year of study.
Graduate Journalists Graduate students in broadcast journalism are eligible to apply for the Radio Television Digital News Foundation’s two graduate scholarships.  Recipients are awarded cash rewards which can be applied to tuition, books, room and board or other expenses.

American Society of Cinematographers
The American Society of Cinematographers: Is a non-profit association dedicated to advancing the art of filmmaking since 1919. Educating aspiring filmmakers and others about the art  and craft of cinematography, it accomplishes this by publishing the internationally renowned magazine.
The ASC The ASC is aware of the many excellent training opportunities that are available to cinematography students, also in the mind time work in partnership with these existing programs to develop a curriculum that augments and supports them. In addition to its focus on education, the ASC is actively involved in the development of motion-picture technologies and also works to promote a better understanding of the cinematographer’s contributions to the filmmaking process.
ASC membership Is by invitation, based on an individual’s body of work. Currently, the membership roster comprises 302 cinematographers who hail from about 20 different countries. The ASC also has more than 150 associate members, these individuals work in ancillary sectors of the industry.
The History of The ASC The origins of the ASC lie in two clubs founded by Cinematographers in 1913.  The Cinema Camera  club was stared in New York City by three cameramen from the Thomas A. Edison Studio: Phil Rosen, Frank Kugler and Lewis W. They decide to form a fraternity to establish professional standards, encourage the manufacture of better equipment and seek recognition as creative artists.

Intro to TV News Reporting Students learn the basic of what it takes to be a good television news reporter, including how to structure a piece, write a killer script, deliver a live report, and conduct on-camera interviews.  Also the class will provide the fundamentals to pursue a career in television journalism.
TV News Writing Learn how to write newscasts and find work in television news. In this course students learn how write a compelling script, set up feature pieces, turn a print article into a good television piece, deliver a good stand-up, tell a good TV package from a bad one, film a feature or breaking news story. Also has the chance to tape two professional news segments for a demo reel.
