We cannot change everything overnight or command our clients and their suppliers what to do.
Finally, we have a limited influence on how we receive products – but we surely can make a great
difference on how we send products to customers.

We make better use of materials & equipment used, avoiding waste and saving money
These funds offset the increased staff and segregation overheads; being ecological and
avoiding waste or recycling materials therefore does not mean higher fulfilment prices
SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE AND EASY-TO-DEPLOY MEASURES
We use high-quality metal shelves with long usage duration
We use, highly emphasise and incentivise only re-usable EURO pallets
We work LEAN, i.e. control our utility materials tight, do not waste or lose any
We segregate packaging materials properly, tape as well as one-off and plastic pallets
We constantly work on segregating more and do not want to be eco followers but
true ecological and sustainable e-logistics professionals

plastic, sometimes secured with a
plastic band, and sensitive items still
wrapped in bubble foil – as we (still)
lack alternatives.

We use parcel paper tape only for non-private label customers and our own purpose
We emphasise paper tape also for private label customers (next slide)
We advise our customers of alternatives to foil bags
We use carton boxes from FSC certified manufacturers
We constantly work to find replacement solutions to plastic materials used

We cannot force our clients to be eco, but try
to convince them, incentivise them and are
