EchoSign released new features in December 2009 that enhanced biometric signatures, complex forms, and support for large user accounts. Biometric signatures were made more paper-like and easier to use. Support and performance for complex forms with hundreds of fields was improved. Accounts with over 500 users saw enhanced hierarchy structures and the ability to instantly provision thousands of new users at once from a spreadsheet or other data source.
