This paper presents a reduced size microstrip five poles hairpin band-pass filter using three-layers structure for Ku-band satellites application. The three-layers structure shows a substantially reduced filter size and enlarged bandwidth. The filter has been designed based on five-pole resonators at 12.475 GHz and bandwidth of 550 MHz. This filter is designed on Rogers RO3003 substrate having relative permittivity (εr) of 3. The proposed band-pass filter has been designed with the help of Computer Simulation Technology (CST) software. Comparison analyses between the simulated insertion loss and reflection coefficient of RO3003 and FR4 substrates have been carried out in order to show the efficiency of the proposed filter design. Based on the obtained results, the proposed filter design achieves significant filter size reduction compared to other band-pass filters.

On the performance of code word diversity based quasi orthogonal space time b...IJECEIAES
In the recent past, a lot of researches have been put into designing a MultipleInput-Multiple-Output (MIMO) system to provide multimedia services with higher quality and at higher data rate. On par with these requirements, a novel Quasi Orthogonal Space Time Block Code (QOSTBC) scheme based on code word diversity is proposed, which is a multi-dimensional approach, in this paper. The term code word diversity is coined, since the information symbols were spread across many code words in addition to traditional time and spatial spreading, without increasing transmission power and bandwidth. The receiver with perfect channel state information estimates the transmitted symbols with less probability of error, as more number of samples is available to estimate given number of symbols due to the extra diversity due to code words. The simulation results show a significant improvement in the Bit Error Rate (BER) performance of the proposed scheme when compared with the conventional schemes.

to the Booster. A new, microcontroller based, distributed mains monitoring and switching system is developed
for Indus complex. It facilitates remote monitoring and switching of AC power switches to various subsystems. It
includes interfacing with power switches/Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) of Indus machine subsystems. This
work involves development of hardware, firmware for microcontroller, implementation of communication
protocol; LabVIEW based server and client application. The developed system allows remote monitoring and
switching of MCBs from main control room.
A new configuration of a printed diplexer designed for DCS and ISM bandsTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
This work presents a new study on the design of a microstrip diplexer configuration optimized and validated for ISM and DCS frequency bands. The achieved structure is based on microstrip technology, the goal was to design two printed bandpass filters one for ISM band and the other one for DCS frequency band.The two microstrip filters are associated by using a T-junction which permits to validate a diplexer in the frequency bands DCS-Band receiver [1.74–2 GHz] and ISM-Band transmitter [2.3–2.55 GHz]. The whole size of the final circuit is 130x50 mm2. After the validation of the proposed diplexer into simulation we have fabricated and tested it by using VNA which permits to have a good agremment between simulation and measurements.

The study of switching activity, transition densities and weighted switching activities of pseudo random binary sequences generated by Linear Feedback shift registers and Feed Forward shift registers plays a crucial role in design approaches of Built-In Self Test, cryptosystems, secure scan designs and other applications. This paper proposed an approach to find transition densities, which plays an important role in choosing of test pattern generator We have analyze conventional and proposed designs using our approache, This work also describes the testing time of benchmark circuits. The outcome of this paper is presented in the form of algorithm, theorems with proofs and analyses table which strongly support the same. The proposed algorithm reduces switching activity and testing time up to 51.56% and 84.61% respectively.
Performance Analysis of OSTBC MIMO Using Precoder with ZF & MMSE EqualizerIJERA Editor
In this paper, a bit error rate analysis is presented for multiple-input–multiple-output (MIMO) system with finite-bit feedback is considered in PSK modulation technique, where a transmit signal consists of a rotational precoder followed by an orthogonal space–time block code (OSTBC) which achieve full diversity when a linear receiver, such as, zeroforcing (ZF) or minimum mean square (MMSE), is used. By choosing different parameters, codes with different symbol rates and orthogonally can be obtained .In this paper, we compare the performance of a family of space-time codes. Simulations show how the precoders obtained by our proposed criterion and method perform better bit error rate reduction compared to the existing ones.
Modelling of Crosstalk and Delay for Distributed RLCG On-Chip Interconnects F...IDES Editor
In order to accurately model high frequency affects,
inductance has been taken into consideration. No longer can
interconnects be treated as mere delays or lumped RC networks.
In that frequency range, the most accurate simulation model for
on-chip VLSI interconnects is the distributed RLC model.
Unfortunately, this model has many limitations at much higher
of operating frequency used in today’s VLSI design. The reduction
in cross-sectional dimension leads to more tightly couple
interconnects and therefore, a higher probability of unwanted
crosstalk interference. This can lead to inaccurate simulations
if not modelled properly. At even higher frequency, the aggressor
net carries a signal that couples to the victim net through the
parasitic capacitances. To determine the effects that this crosstalk
will have on circuit operation, the resulting delays and logic
levels for the victim nets must be computed. This paper proposes
a difference model approach to derive crosstalk and delay in the
transform domain. A closed form solution for crosstalk and delay
is obtained by incorporating initial conditions using difference
model approach for distributed RLCG interconnects. The
simulation is performed in 0.18μm technology node and an error
of less than 1% has been achieved with the proposed model when
compared with SPICE.
Due to increasing complexity, space and cost of communication network, the Electric Power Network has been considered a great option for the solution of all problems. Power line communications (PLC) term stands for the technologies for the data communication over the electrical power supply network. Existing power system is not designed for having data transfer. In this paper we have developed a simulation model of power-line for low voltage distribution network in home. Impulse response of the channel is generated in order to characterize the behavior of power line channel for high speed data communication purpose. To represent Multi-branch network mathematically, ABCD matrix parameters are used. Load mismatching is experimented on three parameters multiple loading, multi branch and different cable length and analysis is presented of its effect on impulse response. All the simulation work has been done using MATLAB.

The nonlinear behavior (chaotic) of light traveling in an optical fiber ring resonator such as an add/drop system
is presented. The chaotic behavior is considered to be a beneficial effect that can be used in the communication
system. Such a system can be used to secure the information signals, therefore, the ability of chaotic carriers to synchronize in a communication system is performed. The used optical material is InGaAsP/InP regarding to suitable parameters of the system. The nonlinear refractive index is fixed to n2 = 3.8 × 10−20 m2
/W, and the 20,000 iterations of round-trip within the system is simulated. The input powers are selected at 1 W, where the coupling coefficient of the system varies according to two critical cases, where 0 0.1
and 0.1 1. As a results, larger coupler coefficient corresponds to lower input power for the case of
0 0.1 and smaller coupling coefficient of the system is corresponds to lower input power when
0.1 1. To optimize the microring systems, Lower input power is recommended in many applications in optical optical communication systems.

Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
