The EC-300 is an energy controller that turns off HVAC and lighting systems when rooms are unoccupied to save energy in hotels or offices. It detects presence using an infrared occupancy sensor and optional contact inputs. It can be configured for either hotel or office use and has options for compressor delay, temperature limits, and window switch settings. It provides easy installation and energy savings without reducing user convenience.
