There are four service plans funded by E-Rate including telecommunications services, internet access, internal connections, and basic maintenance of internal connections. Goose Creek CISD's technology plan aims to provide technology for literacy, integration and transformative learning to prepare students for the digital age through devices like laptops and interactive whiteboards, and they have an ongoing needs assessment to continue expanding access to educational technology.
