decrease of labor cost, especially in developed 
country. For example, when china copy 
everything and do it the same such as; mobile.
2. The changing nature of the workforce: 
Like increasing numbers of women in the 
work comparing with past. Also, people with 
disabilities now work in all type of position. 
3. Powerful customer: 
Customers nowadays are having knowledge 
to realize what’s the appropriate cost for 
certain kind of products and the quality of 
products and services.

New technologies are creating many substitutes 
for products and alternative services quality.

electronic transmission of information to 
real time collaboration between trading

separate organizational entities within one 
or more. 
electronic markets can optimize trading 
efficiency enable to their members to 
compete globally so most electronic 
markets require collaboration so it can be 
supported by E commerce.

strategy and philosophy that enables 
employees to make decisions about their 
jobs.

employee empowerment. Empowered 
employees (i.e. sales person and customer 
service employees) can be given the 
authority to make customer happy, helping to 
increase customer loyalty

communication between buyers and 
designers so customer can quickly and 
correctly configure the products they

production facility in minutes.

Empowered employees (i.e. sales person and customer service employees) can be given the authority to make customer happy, helping to increase customer loyalty
