• B2C e-commerce ,or commerce between
companies & consumers, involves
customers gathering information ,
purchasing physical goods or receiving
products over an electronic network.

Dell selling me a laptop
Consumer to Business E-Commerce
• C2B e-commerce is when consumers
present themselves as a buyer group.
• Example:
CTB & Speakout.com . These sites
provide consumer with market strategies &
business also uses them to gain insight
into customer wants.
Consumer to Consumer E-Commerce
• C2C e-commerce is simply commerce
between private individuals or consumers.
• Example:
Online market place , eBay.com . Here
consumers can bid for sell items of any
description for any price.
