This document outlines the questions for the 1st internal test on e-commerce for the 6th semester BCA students. It includes 2 long questions worth 7.5 marks each where students must attempt any one. The long questions cover defining electronic data interchange and its components or explaining the steps to develop an e-commerce website. It also includes 5 short questions worth 3 marks each that students must attempt all covering defining e-commerce, the role of agents in B2B e-commerce, the importance of JIT delivery in B2B e-commerce, benefits and limitations of e-commerce, and the role of e-commerce in the service industry.
