• Payment of wages will be as outlined in your original contract
with Akraya

• Under no circumstance should you discuss your wages with
your Client
• Necessary business expenses must first be approved by your
Akraya Account Manager (AM) or CSS in advance
• Prior to incurring the expense, you must get written
permission from your Akraya AM so that an amendment to
the original Statement of Work can be generated.

17. Time Sheets: SOW
• Contract-specific no more than 40 hours per week/ 8 hours
per day
• Email time Sheets on Monday before 5pm to hr@akraya.com
• If you are required to put in additional efforts beyond the
standard 8 hours per day, please get prior written permission
from your CSS
• eBay manager approval is not required
• Please send time sheets on time to ensure that you get paid
on time

20. Protecting Company
Information & Assets
• No Expectation of Privacy – All electronic communications and
information systems may be monitored by eBay Inc
• Inspection – Any property owned by eBay Inc. is subject to
inspection without notice
• Passwords – Keep your passwords secure. You are strictly
prohibited from accessing another user's account without
permission
• Prohibited Activities – Do not use any eBay Inc. system, to
distribute communications that are illegal, disruptive,
offensive to others

Information & Assets (Cont.)
• Email – Use email appropriately. Do not send unsolicited
emails
• Unauthorized use in any way of copyrighted material; export
any material, information or software is in violation of
international or regional export control laws
• Upon assignment termination return all eBay Inc. property,
material, written information and your badge immediately

• You are expected to be at your on-site work location during
regular working hours. Check with your Manager on preferred
office hours for your team
• Plan your vacation ahead, discuss with your Akraya CSS

• All questions related to your employment should be directed
