Problem statement: There are different stakeholders involved in the international trade. And different
document exchange happens at each stage. There was lot of time and cost involved in this exchange per
consignment.
Delay in delivery of therapy and services.
DIGITAL STRATEGY AND OBJECTIVE: Ingegrate the systems of the different stake holders and
securely transfer the documents. Efficient Cross border trade/delivery.

programming interface), HYPERLEDGER , access to ledger, digital signature, smart contract.

Build documents as token on block chain, encrypted and decentralized.
Company identified that there can be a streamlined & automated information exchange in real time to
make this happen, the supply chain team at company with the help of technology partners, researched
the documentation processes & noted that there can be the best use case considering technology
partners to build a blockchain platform for the same.
Company started to analyze the subsidiary that would match and understand the importance of the
project and could get going with it.
PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT AND BETA VERSION TESTING:
Product development, onboarding stakeholder end-to-end. Beta version launch with small cohort of
customers.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMIZATION:
AI enabled chat-bot for customer query’s and feedback online and offline from Sales & Marketing
interaction.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Supply chain department needed to implement this as soon as possible for the streamlined process of
data exchange to achieve the overall objectives.
