Outstanding role for an ambitious B2B telesales executive

market-leading research reports, tools and resources to senior industry
decision makers
• Responsibility for sales of a wide portfolio of single copy and subscription
based research products - Drewry Maritime Research (DMR)
• Role offers an attractive basic package and commission plan
• International dimension to role
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing (London based)

Telesales Executive - Research Products
About the role
• Generating sales of subscription and
single copy products against agreed
monthly targets
• Maintaining CRM contact/record
integrity, updating in real-time all
client contact and campaign activity
in CRM
• Conduct desktop research to identify
key target decision makers and
update
• Analyse activity to improve future
sales performance and effectiveness
About you
• Minimum of 3 years telemarketing or
telesales experience gained in either
B2B, knowledge management,
publishing or market research
industries
• Familiar with selling high value
products on subscription terms to
senior decision makers
• Hands-on CRM experience
• Persuasive, confident and ambitious
with a professional, polite and
friendly manner

Telesales Executive - Research Products
About you cont./
• You will likely be inquisitive and analytical and recognise the importance of
market sector/client understanding and pre-call preparation to inform outbound
activity - whether new customer acquisition, cross-sell/upsell campaigns or
customer service contact.
• You will have a disciplined approach to your work and will have a professional
outlook, always respecting the client/prospect and putting their needs first. You
will be resourceful and with limited guidance will be comfortable using your own
initiative and activities to support your outbound activity.
• You will be a particularly strong team player, always working alongside your
colleagues in sales and business development to enable effective execution of
campaigns and the closure of sales opportunities.
