This document provides instructions for constructing geometric shapes like a cinquefoil and quatrefoil. It describes drawing small circles at the points of a pentagon to form the cinquefoil, and constructing a quatrefoil by drawing intersecting circles centered at different points to form the shape. 9. Step 7: Line CE is one side of the inscribed pentagon. Step off Line CE around the circle to form pentagon C E F G H C

13. Step 11: Draw identical circles at C E F and G

14. Step 12: Draw an inscribing circle centred at B

15. Step 13: Draw a circle at B that is half the size of the inscribing circle
