Running since 2016, the programme provides a platform to 25 young individuals each year, to work closely with the Chief Minister's Office for bringing transparency, accountability and efficiency in public service delivery in the state. The CMGGAs are recruited through a competitive process with the selection ratio of -1:100. The associates are trained and oriented about government functioning and structure through a 15 day boot camp at Ashoka University and are then posted across 22 districts to work in tandem with the district administration for a period of one year.

RightWalk Foundation conducted a third party audit of the 22 point innovation plan implemented by the District Magistrate, Mr. Heera Lal and the Basic Shiksha Adhikari of Banda for overall development of rural schools at the primary and upper primary level of education. The plan was introduced in 2036 primary and upper primary schools across the District.
The study was conducted in the month of March 2019 over a period of one month. The impact study was qualitative in nature and spread across 52 villages of the district. The study concentrated on gauging the progress made by every local institution in implementing the above points in their schools.

Health: Prevention is Better than Cure- Yoga A Model district of YogA......... Banda.
The adage prevention is better than cure inspires us to adopt Prevention in palace of Cure. By now, our focus is cure. We get ill. We take medical treatment to be cured. But,I think otherwise. Why one should get ill. To not get ill, we need to look at prevention. Yoga is prevention.
To change our focus from cure to prevention, we need to adopt yoga in our daily routine habits. Practising Yoga on daily basis means keeping ailments away from body.
With aim to convince for prevention in place of cure, we started yoga popularisation in whole district. For this, we made a meticulous plan and implemented religiously.
June 21 every year is celebrated as International Yoga Day. On this day in 2019, we awarded all 30 self motivated yoga practitioners who are organising Yoga camps on their own. We developed 100 Yoga trainers with the help of our reward winner Yogacharya Ramesh Singh Rajput. They in turn become yoga teacher and trainer to train in villages and wards.
We invited all such organisations involved in yoga work. Sri Rakesh Jain of Patanjali visited Banda and had a meeting. Dr H R Nagendra Chancellor SVYASA (https://svyasa.edu.in/) Bangalore visited Banda in a mega event. He was Chief guest of this event.
Loksabha Election 2019: 90 Plus Voting CampaignBanda is a district of 1.8 million people in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Unfortunately, in recent years, Banda has become known for water scarcity, unemployment, farmer distress, underdeveloped agriculture, and corruption. These issues have spurred significant political rivalry; as a result, the Election Commission has identified 195 of the 1,454 polling booths in the Baberu, Banda, Naraini, and Tindwari constituencies as “critical”.
Motivated by these challenges, I set out to increase voter turnout and improve the sense of civic engagement in Banda, and involved the whole district administration towards this goal. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, 53 percent of registered electors in Banda voted. For the 2019 elections, I set an ambitious target of 90 percent turnout. To achieve this, I led my team to devise the “90 Plus” strategy, which leveraged a plethora of initiatives and communication channels from the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme. A total of 825,907 people voted in Banda District in the 2019 Lok Sabha election, out of 1,314,368 registered electors (62.8%). In 2014, the average total turnout was 53.38%. The 10-percentage point increase is remarkable given the ground-level challenges that confronted the ambitious project target. The significance of this scheme was acknowledged by the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, in a rally that he addressed here in the district.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

Up the Ratios Bylaws - a Comprehensive Process of Our Organizationuptheratios
Up the Ratios is a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap in STEM education for underprivileged students by providing free, high-quality learning opportunities in robotics and other STEM fields. Our mission is to empower the next generation of innovators, thinkers, and problem-solvers by offering a range of educational programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
At Up the Ratios, we believe that every student, regardless of their socio-economic background, should have access to the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in today's technology-driven world. To achieve this, we host a variety of free classes, workshops, summer camps, and live lectures tailored to students from underserved communities. Our programs are designed to be engaging and hands-on, allowing students to explore the exciting world of robotics and STEM through practical, real-world applications.
Our free classes cover fundamental concepts in robotics, coding, and engineering, providing students with a strong foundation in these critical areas. Through our interactive workshops, students can dive deeper into specific topics, working on projects that challenge them to apply what they've learned and think creatively. Our summer camps offer an immersive experience where students can collaborate on larger projects, develop their teamwork skills, and gain confidence in their abilities.
In addition to our local programs, Up the Ratios is committed to making a global impact. We take donations of new and gently used robotics parts, which we then distribute to students and educational institutions in other countries. These donations help ensure that young learners worldwide have the resources they need to explore and excel in STEM fields. By supporting education in this way, we aim to nurture a global community of future leaders and innovators.
Our live lectures feature guest speakers from various STEM disciplines, including engineers, scientists, and industry professionals who share their knowledge and experiences with our students. These lectures provide valuable insights into potential career paths and inspire students to pursue their passions in STEM.
Up the Ratios relies on the generosity of donors and volunteers to continue our work. Contributions of time, expertise, and financial support are crucial to sustaining our programs and expanding our reach. Whether you're an individual passionate about education, a professional in the STEM field, or a company looking to give back to the community, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference.
We are proud of the positive impact we've had on the lives of countless students, many of whom have gone on to pursue higher education and careers in STEM. By providing these young minds with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed, we are not only changing their futures but also contributing to the advancement of technology and innovation on a broader scale.
