With three days until move-in, the scientists requested additional utility and exhaust drops—work that would require piping regulators with a standard six-week lead time. The solution? DPR located the necessary regulators in existing unused laboratories on campus and, working 12 hours a day for three days, met the scientists’ needs without delaying move-in.
