The narrator was struggling in life and wanted to quit their job, relationship, spirituality, and life. They went into the woods to speak with God one last time. God told a story about planting a fern and bamboo seed - the fern grew quickly while nothing came from the bamboo for years. In the fifth year, the bamboo sprouted and grew over 100 feet tall because its roots had spent years growing underground, making it strong. God told the narrator they too had been growing roots during their struggles. God promised to never quit on the narrator and said their time would come to rise high, as high as they can, in order to bring glory to God.

Every user who interacts with your site comes there with personal histories—with pain and problems, with past traumas or present crises. How can we take our users’ vulnerabilities, triggers, and touchy subjects into account when we don’t even know what they are? What would it mean to optimize not just for seamlessness, but for kindness? This talk discusses how clear intentions and compassionate communication can strengthen everything from form questions to headlines to site structures.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

2. One day I decided to quit...I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. One day I decided to quit...I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life.I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
3. "God", I asked, "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?"His answer surprised me..."Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?""Yes", I replied.
4. "When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.
5. In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said. "In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit.In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit." He said.
6. "Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant... But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive.
7. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle."He asked me. "Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots"."I would not quit on the bamboo.I will never quit on you." "Don't compare yourself to others."He said. "The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern.Yet they both make the forest beautiful.“ "Your time will come", God said to me.
8. “You will rise high”, “How high should I rise?” I asked. “ How high will the bamboo rise? ” He asked in return. “ As high as it can? ”I questioned. “ Yes. ” He said, “ Give me glory by rising as high as you can. ” I left the forest and brought back this story.
9. Never Give up.Don't tell the Lord how big the problem is,tell the problem how Great the Lord is!
