2. If you donot hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes! Aakhir Khwab dekhane me kya harja hai! It is impossbile to win the race unless you venture to run, impossible to win the victory unless you dare to battle. The Grestest War in this world is the war within yourself ... Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly! Simply try it! kosis garer huncha bhane kin nagarne, hoina? There are three types of people in this world: those who Make the things happen; those who Watch things happen and those who Wonder what happened! Waste no more time talking about great souls and how they should be. Become one yoursef! Great mind talk about invention; mediocare mind talk about incidents and lesser mind talk about others! We usually spend time for unnecessary chat – common agenda for nothing! It is true that we donot know what we have got until we lose it, but it is also tru that we do not know what we have been missing until it arrives! Hence, khusi huna jannu parchha!
3. When Better is Possibe, Good is Not Enough... Always put yourself in others’ shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts other persons, too! If you can not give others pleasure, never give them pain as well! Judge your all deals daily! Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they will love you back! Do not expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their hearts but if it does n’t, be content it grew in yours! Wrap a ranbow of joy in our heart; let the sun point a smile on your face; remove all clouds of doubt and fear; and enjoy the life as gift of nature/God (a source for an defence mechanisam!) Ke ma khusi chhu? If not, why ? Identify the root causes of your pains! Ask yourself -Ma ke chahanchhu? Kina? Kasari? Whatever we do, there is mainly two objectives : to avoid the pain and gain the pleasure! What is going on in your state of mind – pain or pleasure? Is source of pain/pleasure yourself or external forces? Please Refer: i) Reactive and Proactive nature, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen R. Covey; and ii) Unlimited Power, R. Robinson
4. The circule of Influence: The external forces, which you can never change, but it directly or indirectly influences you. If you focus on this, you will get frustration and pain as you have no capacity to alter it. Geo-politics, socio-economy, psycho-socio, climate, others’ behaviour, etc. are the pain giver, if you give unnecessary interest. The circule of Conceren: The internal forces, which is under your direct control and guided by certain values and ethos. The more you focus on this, the more pleasure you will get and you will be expert on your choosen field. Consequntly, you will be able to hit the circule of influence when you gain mastery on it. Your education, profession, health, hobbies, visions, good families and friends are the pleasure giver. You are the root cause of your pain (timro dukha ko karn timi nai ho - Buddha! 6. ...Do or Die ! Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass ... it is about learning how to dance in the rain! Simply face the challenge... How does one explore without investigation! How does one encounter without knowing! How does one participate without assumtions! Treat this day like your first one, ever tap into absolute wonder! Nobody can give you wiser advice than that yourself! Be honest withyourself! A lie may take care of the present, but it has no future! To the question of your life, you are the only answer! To the problems of your life, you are the only solution! Determine yourself “I am only one; but still I am one! I can not do everything, but Still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do!” Do not limit your challenges – Challenge your limit! The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossilbe! Do not let life discourage you, everyone who got where s/he is had to begin where s/he was! It is better to be hated for what you are then to be loved for what you are not! Don't compare your life with others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
7. ...Trap Opportunity! When a door closes, another one opens but often we stand there so long looking at the closed door, that we do not see that one that is opened! Express yourself... Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for. Contentment is natural wealth; luxury is artificial poverty. To be content, just think how happy you would be if you lost everything you have right now and then got it back again. We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have. True contentment depends not upon what we have; a tub was large enough for Diogenes, but a world was too little for Alexander. Contentment is a pearl of great price, and whoever procures it at the expense of ten thousand desires makes a wise and a happy purchase. Speak properly... Contentmen
8. ...Speak your feelings. Emotions and feelings that are hidden, repressed, end in illnesses as: gastritis, ulcer, lumbar pains, spinal. With time, the repression of the feelings degenerates to the cancer. Then, we go to a confidante, to share our intimacy, our "secrets", our errors! The dialogue, the speech, the word, is a powerful remedy and an excellent therapy! If you don’t want to be ill... ...Make Decisions The undecided person remains in doubt, in anxiety, in anguish. Indecision accumulates problems, worries and aggressions. Human history is made of decisions. To decide is precisely to know to renounce, to know to lose advantages and values to win others. The undecided people are victims of gastric ailments, nervous pains and problems of the skin. If you don’t want to be ill... How to maKeep us Healthy and Happy
9. ...Find Solutions . Negative people do not find solutions and they enlarge problems. They prefer lamentation, gossip, pessimism. It is better to light a match than to regret the darkness. A bee is small, but produces one of the sweetest things that exist. We are what we think. The negative thought generates negative energy that which is transformed into illness. If you don’t want to be ill... Who hides reality, pretends, poses and always wants to give the impression of being well. He wants to be seen as perfect, easy-going, etc., but is accumulating tons of weight. A bronze statue with feet of clay. There is nothing worse for the health than to live on appearances and facades. These are people with a lot of varnish and little root. Their destiny is the pharmacy, the hospital and pain. If you don’t want to be ill... If you don’t want to be ill... The refusal of acceptance and the absence of self-esteem, make us alienate ourselves. Being at one with ourselves is the core of a healthy life. They who do not accept this, become envious, jealous, imitators, ultra-competitive, destructive. Be accepted, accept that you are accepted, accept the criticisms. It is wisdom, good sense and therapy.
10. Who does not trust, does not communicate, is not opened, is not related, does not create deep and stable relations, does not get to enjoy true friendships. Without confidence, there is not relationship. Distrust is a lack of faith in you and in faith itself. If you don’t want to be ill... Do Not Live Life Sad If you don’t want to be ill... Good humor. Laughter. Rest. Happiness. These replenish health and bring long life. The happy person has the gift to improve the environment wherever they live. “ Good humor saves us from the hands of the doctor". Happiness is health and therapy .
