This document is a resume for Don Miller that summarizes his education and experience in information technology. · Teton hired me to be their first IT person, after A&H laid me off. I had been administering their network for 3 years as a
contractor, before I was hired.
· Administer, maintain, upgrade,improve Teton’s computer network.
· When I first started, Teton had 1 NT4 Small Business Server, with a modem to check email, nointernet access. They
had 2 employees who had an email account. They had 15 pcs on the network. A mix of old Digital equipment,and
white box PCs
· Planned,Supervised,and implemented a transition from an ERP system they hated, to their current ERP system.
· Installed WSUS to manage the Microsoft patching process.
· Migrated all clients to newHP desktop computers. Standardized on Windows XP. Five years later, transitioned all
users to new HP Desktop computers, with LCD monitors, transitioned to Windows 7.
· Implemented Office 2003 companywide 9 years ago. Last year, deployed Office 2013 companywide.
· Designed and installed company’s first wireless network 5 years ago. Currently designing and budgeting for the
replacement network

customers.
· Administered Customer networks who were on contract. I had 10 regular accounts that I handled weekly. I handled
another 40 accounts on at least a monthly basis.

· Database Administrator for Document Imaging System - This cutting edge document management system maintained
all the loan documents for First Security Bank’s Consumer Loan Division. Had well over 500,000 loans in the system.
· Tracked all the software licensing. We had 200 licenses, spread from Boise to Salt Lake City. At the time, First Security
paid $20,000 per license. It was critical that we only gave licenses to people who were using them, and we knew
exactly where every license was
· Y2K teams –I served on severalY2K teams there. I did testing and analysis on the systems I worked with to identify
deficiencies, then designed testing and qa to make sure the problems were fixed.
