By Order dated September 29, 2014, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or
Commission) authorized Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP (DCP or Dominion) to construct and
operate certain facilities that comprise the Cove Point Liquefaction Project (Project). Dominion
Cove Point LNG, LP. 148 FERC ¶ 61,244 (the “Order”).
As required under Condition Nos. 9 and 76 of Appendix B to the Order, DCP hereby submits the
updated status report and progress on the construction of the proposed systems for the Project.

Dominion has received all applicable authorizations under federal law for the Project.
2: Construction Status – Executive Summary
Construction status during the reporting period of May 2016:
For this review period, the following project completion status for the Maryland Facilities
has been accomplished:
• Engineering is 99.8% complete
• Engineered Equipment Procurement is 99% complete
• Construction is 38% complete
Offsite area B (OAB):
There was one barge equipment delivery during the month of May. The following pieces
of equipment were transported through OAB; high pressure knock out drum, north and
south cold flare knock out drums. Monitoring and maintenance of E&S controls continues
to ensure proper environmental protection.
Existing plant modifications:
At the terminal, work continued on modifications to the existing plant in the areas of the
jetty platforms and tie-in scope.
FERC authorized scope at the terminal:
At the terminal, work scope continued on foundations, grading, steel erection, equipment
placement, piping, tie-in’s, and electrical installation as described below.
FERC authorized scope at the Virginia Facilities:
Construction activities conducted during the May period included continued materials
delivery, site work, foundation work, piping work, equipment work, and building erection.
Work during the May reporting period coincided with an outage of the compressor station
and M&R station operations to facilitate construction and tie-in activities.
