Automatic street light using ldr and relayShivam Raidas
The circuit uses an LDR, operational amplifier IC CA3140, and other components to automatically control street lights. The LDR's resistance varies with light intensity, affecting the voltage inputs to the IC. During the day when the LDR resistance is low, the IC output is low and the transistor cuts off, turning off lights. At night when the LDR resistance increases, the IC output goes high, turning on the transistor and lights. A relay is used to control higher power street lights since it can isolate the small IC signal from the larger street light loads.
IC Design of Power Management Circuits (III)Claudia Sin
This document discusses stability and compensation techniques for switching converters. It begins by introducing feedback systems and stability criteria such as the Nyquist criterion and Bode plots. It then examines loop gain functions of different orders and their impact on stability and transient response. Several common compensation techniques are described, including type I, II, and III compensators. The document concludes by discussing stability evaluation based on line and load transients and current mode pulse width modulation with compensation ramps.
- The document discusses protective relaying principles and applications, focusing on protective relays used to protect electric power systems.
- Protective relays are electric devices that detect abnormal or dangerous conditions on power systems and initiate a response, such as opening a circuit breaker. They work with circuit breakers, which provide the physical disconnect from the system when a fault is detected.
- The document reviews common types of protective relays, including electromechanical and solid-state designs, and examples of their application in substations. Protective relaying is important for maintaining service continuity and minimizing outage times when faults occur on power systems.

The document discusses aluminum cable and its use in high voltage transmission lines. It describes the physical and chemical properties of aluminum that make it well-suited for this application, including its light weight, resistance to oxidation, and ability to be easily recycled. Most importantly, aluminum is highlighted as an excellent conductor of electricity due to its low electrical resistivity from having three delocalized electrons per atom. The document examines how aluminum cable is produced and its advantages over other materials for transmitting large quantities of power via overhead transmission lines.
Practical handbook-for-relay-protection-engineersSARAVANAN A
The ‘Hand Book’ covers the Code of Practice in Protection Circuitry including standard lead and device numbers, mode of connections at terminal strips, colour codes in multicore cables, Dos and Donts in execution. Also, principles of various protective relays and schemes including special protection schemes like differential,
restricted, directional and distance relays are explained with sketches. The norms of protection of generators, transformers, lines & Capacitor Banks are also given.

This paper proposes the design and development of Arduino based solar charge controller with sun tracking using PWM technique. This PWM technique is employed using ATmega328P on Arduino board. The Arduino is used to charge a 12V battery using 10W solar panel. The main feature of this charge controller is to control the load. During day time when load is not connected the battery gets charged from solar panel. When battery reaches peak value of 14.7V charging current & further charging is interrupted by Arduino. An inbuilt analogue to digital converter is used to determine voltage of battery, solar panel and current drawn by the load. A solar tracking system is also implemented such that panel is always kept at right angle to incident radiation.

Stąd także producenci podają sprawność odnoszoną do NOCT (Normal Operating Cell Temperature), a w USA i Kanadzie do PTC (PVUSA Test Conditions).

blokada SZR. Powrót do normalnej pracy następuje poprzez ręczne rozłączenie sprzęgła i
załączenie wyłączników w polach zasilających. Prace łączeniowe wykonać zgodnie z
zaleceniami Dyspozytora Ruchu Tauron Dystrybucja oraz instrukcją współpracy IWR.

1.7 EAZ – sterownik polowy Mupasz 101
bezpieczniki topikowe typu CEF 24kV. Poniższe tabele pokazują nastawy poszczególnych
wyłączników.

1.8 Wizualizacja BMS
Całość systemu SZR oraz parametry sieci odczytywane z licznika energii elektrycznej
obu sekcji będą przesyłane do systemu BMS. Zarówno z liczników ZMD405CT44.0459 jak i
sterownika MUPASZ 7A.1 sygnały będą przesyłane w jednej sieci Modbus RS485. Urządzenia
połączyć przewodem dedykowanym do połączeń RS485 BITsensor 2x2x22AWG i wprowadzić
do istniejącej rozdzielni R5.5 znajdującej sie w agregatorowni.
Do realizacji połączeń niezbędne są urządzenia:
- Sterownik PXC001E.D zamontować w rozdzielni R5.5,
- Sterownik PXA40-RS1 zamontować w rozdzielni R5.5,
- Konwerter DIAL RS485/Modbus RTU przy licznikach oraz sterowniku MUPASZ 7A.1.
Wizualizacji podlegają :
a) Stan położenia wyłączników Q1, Q2, Q3,
b) Stan uziemiaczy w polach 11, 25, 21,
c) Alarm zabezpieczenia ziemnozwarciowego w polach 11, 21
d) Parametry sieci odczytywane z liczników obu sekcji.
Oprogramowanie systemu BMS pozostaje przedmiotem innego opracowania.
