Spring Boot is an open-source Java-based framework. Spring Boot is a utility for setting up an application quickly by automating the configuration procedures and speed up the process of building and deploying Spring Boot applications. It is easy to create production-ready applications using Spring Boot through embedded server(tomcat).
This ppt provide basic understanding regarding Spring Boot. And how to configure Spring Boot application with Hibernate and mysql by using eclipse IDE. Also provides understanding about how to configure Spring Tool Suit (STS) in Eclipse.
Building a Spring Boot Application - Ask the Audience! (from JavaLand 2017)🎤 Hanno Embregts 🎸
Spring Boot makes it easy to create stand-alone Spring-based application that you can 'just run'. It uses a 'convention over configuration' approach to get you up and running in no-time, while offering all Spring features that you have grown fond of in the past years. In this session this is demonstrated by live-coding a Spring Boot application that will just work.
But audience beware, this is not your standard live-coding session'. Attendees will have a vital say in the session's content by defining the applications requ irements. Should it be an app to track your kitchen cupboard contents or do you want a simple task planner? It's up to you! Should it use MongoDB or Couchbase? You decide! Do you want an AngularJS front-end with a RESTful backend or do you prefer a classic web app with Thymeleaf templates? It's your call! Seriously.
During the session you get to make these decisions by participating in an online vote. And you will discover that Spring Boot is up to the task no matter what choices you make.
So what are you waiting for? Bring your own device, help shape the application that we're building and learn lots about Spring Boot in the process.
This session is intended for Java software engineers with an interest in Spring Boot. Some Spring experience could come in handy, but is not strictly necessary. After this session, you will know enough to start your own Spring Boot project.

The solution to this is Spring Boot. Spring Boot is built on the top of the spring and contains all the features of spring. And is becoming a favorite of developers these days because it’s a rapid production-ready environment that enables the developers to directly focus on the logic instead of struggling with the configuration and set up. Spring Boot is a microservice-based framework and making a production-ready application in it takes very little time.
Welcome to presentation on Spring boot which is really great and relatively a new project from Spring.io. Its aim is to simplify creating new spring framework based projects and unify their configurations by applying some conventions. This convention over configuration is already successfully applied in so called modern web based frameworks like Grails, Django, Play framework, Rails etc.

Spring Boot is a modern and extensible development framework that aims (and succeeds!) to take as much pain as possible out of developing with Java. With just a few Maven dependencies, new or existing programs become runnable, init.d-compliant uber-JARs or uber-WARs with embedded web-servers and virtually zero-configuration, code or otherwise. As an added freebie, Spring Boot Actuator will provide your programs with amazing configuration-free production monitoring facilities that let you have RESTFUL endpoints serving live stack-traces, heap and GC statistics, database statuses, spring-bean definitions, and password-masked configuration file audits.

Maven is a project management and comprehension tool. Maven provides developers a complete build lifecycle framework. Development team can automate the project's build infrastructure in almost no time as Maven uses a standard directory layout and a default build lifecycle.
In case of multiple development teams environment, Maven can set-up the way to work as per standards in a very short time. As most of the project setups are simple and reusable, Maven makes life of developer easy while creating reports, checks, build and testing automation setups.

Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Macroeconomics- Movie Location
This will be used as part of your Personal Professional Portfolio once graded.
Objective:
Prepare a presentation or a paper using research, basic comparative analysis, data organization and application of economic information. You will make an informed assessment of an economic climate outside of the United States to accomplish an entertainment industry objective.
2. Before we start
A task for you – time 15 minutes
Develop a web application which reads Employee information from
MySQL DB and print on the screen. You need to use Spring and
Hibenate(JPA). It should run in any web container.
3. List out the challenges you have faced while setting up the env.
1) Download and set up a server (e.g. Tomcat)
2) Download and install a DB
3) Download required Spring jars
4) Download Hibernate jar compatible with the Spring version
5) Download jar for MySQL driver
6) Setting up web.xml to use spring MVC
7) Anything I left ???
Before we start
4. Why Spring Boot
• Provides a radically faster and widely accessible ‘getting started’
experience for all Spring development
• No clumsy XML Configuration by developers
• Provide opinionated ‘starter’ POMs to simplify your Maven
configuration
• Uses project management tool such as MAVEN or GRADLE
• Helps fast development and production ready code
• Embed Tomcat, Jetty or Undertow directly (no need to deploy WAR
files)
• In memory DB
17. Runnable war
1) In Main java file:
1.1 extend : org.springframework.boot.web.support.SpringBootServletInitializer
1.2 override the method:
@Override
protected SpringApplicationBuilder configure(SpringApplicationBuilder application) {
return application.sources(MyApplication.class);
}
1.3 No need of main() method.
2) In pom.xml
1.1 Change the packing to war as:
<packaging>war</packaging>
3) Use command: mvn clean package
4) In target, rename the war<context root> as you want, deploy in tomcat and access with <context root>/<request mapping>
23. JPA in Spring Boot
Things to learn:
Only interface is enough which inherits to CrudRepository. The implementation will be provided by spring.
To know the other inherited methods, please go through the CrudRepository API.
