This document is a questionnaire for documentary research. It asks respondents about their gender, age, how often they watch documentaries, their favorite and least favorite documentaries and genres. It also asks about favorite institutions that produce documentaries like the BBC and Discovery Channel. Respondents are asked to select their preferred type of documentary between observational, interactive, and factual styles and explain their preference. They are also asked if they prefer documentaries with voiceovers.
