Documentary Narration
Sweets have been part of our daily lives for generations. But where we get our treats from
and the types that we like, have changed dramatically over the years.
With our traditional suppliers fighting to maintain their customers, a newfound popularity of
international sweets has brought new tastes to our shores. Although, it does come with a
cost.
Despite an increase in price, 75% of us eat sweets every week. But, is it having an impact
on our health?
Advert Narration
Old or young, little or large, we all love eating sweets. 46% of us eat them weekly and from
generation to generation we’ve been eating more and more. But, we just can’t get enough!
So what’s your fix? Discover the new direction of the sweet industry and what it could be
doing to your health in Sugar Rush on Channel 4, 8pm on Wednesday.
