everything we do at St Paul’s, in our working day, in
communications and teaching and learning, in ways which
enhance the performance of the school.”

A NEW VISION FOR MOBILE TECHNOLOGY
“Pupils and staff use mobile technology creatively to enhance
learning. Engaging electronic resources are used to foster
creativity and critical thinking. The activities support
collaborative learning as well as developing pupils’
independence.”

◼ Teachers will be invited to join the Developing Next Generation Learning
Team.
◼ 10 iPads available for teacher use.
◼ 30 iPads available for student / class set use.
◼ Budget of £15 to spend on apps.
◼ Regular meetings and training
◼ Use the training, and own time to research apps which could be used in
classroom for teaching and learning.
2-hour introduction
Focus: Develop a project to run in the second half
of Spring Term and the first half of Summer Term.
- what apps will you use?
- how will you use them?
- which class will you run the project with?
- what aspects of teaching and learning will the project focus on?
- how many lessons / weeks does the project need?
- what are the learning objectives and learning outcomes?
- how will you evaluate it?
