4. 1 Requirements:
1.1 UCP
Item Req.
U01 Provide the following SIM Card services on the D-Life portal for DHA-150 users.
- Disable your SIM Card
- Apply for a new SIM Card
U02 Entry points are on the Info page of each DHA-150.
U03 Disable SIM Card:
- Users proceed this will block their SIM Card temporarily. No open enabling SIM card function from D-Life UCP.
- Users need to contact with D-Link CS to enable them through D-Link CS people.
- Disable SIM Card from UCP = Lock device function from CSP
Once disabling SIM Card from UCP, this device will be locked from CSP automatically and immediately.
CS people unclock this device from CSP can enable this SIM Card of this device.
U04 Disabling SIM Card will ask the users verify their D-Life password again. Successfully disabling will send a notification email to
this user’s D-Life account.
U05 - Display the status (Enabled or Disabled) of SIM Card on Info page.
- “Disable your SIM Card” is appeared when the SIM Card is “Enabled” status. Otherwise, it will be hidden.
U06 Apply for a new SIM Card:
- Complete the process successfully will also disable the old SIM Card together.
- Need user’s SMS verification.
- After successful SMS verification, will popup go to D-Link TW D-Shop page and precede its online payment.
- After successful payment, will

direct back to the “Complete” page of “Apply for a new SIM Card”

5. Send notification email with successful payment info included.
U07 Transition way for online payment of SIM Card replacement:
- The connection way and rule between D-Shop and D-Life follow D-Life online Store.
- Only one notification email for successful replacement SIM Card sent from D-Life (not D-Shop).
U08 - Complete transaction will be list on the “My Orders” with its transaction status and “SIM Card Replacement” Product
name.
- Fail/Pending transaction won’t disable its SIM Card, but Fail/Pending transaction will still be list on “My Orders” with its
order details.
U09 All the related pages, emails on D-Life will provide 繁中 and English version.

C Text contents If your SIM Card is lost, damaged, or disabled, you will need to apply for a replacement.
1. Your mobile phone number will be required, and will need to be verified for legal and security
purposes during the application process.
2. Applying for a replacement SIM Card will also disable the old SIM Card. Please be aware of the
following:
- Disabling your SIM Card will lock it, preventing others from using the D-Life service with that
card and blocking them from using your D-Life credits.
- A device with a disabled SIM Card will not be able to make any D-Life calls.
