monitor students for their future
dreams towards reality !
* In this process TSF provides
various internships, scholarships
TSF started a rotational internship programs through Which Tech and non-tech
graduates get opportunities to achieve their goals . GRIP – Graduation Rotational
Internship Program .

* STEP-1 : ANALYZING GOALS AND SITUATION OF TSF :
~ TSF’s main goal is to build connection with students around globe
~ TSF already have good amount of influence.
~ As per my notice Brand value & more awareness should be increased graduates &
aspirants
~ Inorder to achieve this goal , help of marketing tools & strategies should be taken .
Here are a set of Marketing Strategies and
Tools that could increases growth of TSF :-
* SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING :
~ TSF’s profile should be created on different
social media platforms , it should give a detail
idea about TSF in the very first look .
~ ‘Posts’ plays main role in audience engagement
, posts should be creative enough to capture
eyes . Posts , reels(instagram) , hashtags , Active
posting , sharing success stories of students ,
creating groups , encouraging students to post
about their stories on their profiles etc….
~ This process should be monitored & managed ,
an analysis should be done regarding which idea
is working & which is not .
~ This process is BENEFICIAL , since everyone are
aware of how Social Media Marketing , it builds
huge network .
* CONTENT MARKETING : ~ By creating and sharing
relevant articles , podcasts ,
posters , videos …. It promotes
brand awareness .
~ Making articles , posting them
in websites and promoting
posters on online platforms as a
form of advertising .

expanded , hence it’s a beneficial strategy

internship offers & scholarships opportunities

& students .

students , to fulfil their future dreams and to let them integrate to build

making sure children have equal opportunity at success , irrespective
of the financial background ‘ .

~ Now , let’s talk about the crucial part in any Marketing plan , ‘CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
MANAGEMENT’ .
~ How much ever you work hard on implementing marketing strategies , poor Customer
relationship management is a huge drawback .
~ In order to maintain good customer relationship , one must come with quality based
content , satisfying customers , it just means proving to customers that their time is worth
investing into your organization .
~ Once , you have proven that you worth enough….they eventually express their loyality ,
it’s a benefit…because they promote our website by themselves (mouth promoting &
digital promoting) , they will invite more people to join this network . Hence , it increases
brand value .
~ Whereas , if they aren’t impressed with our treatment , they might leave the organization
and can also cause damage by spreading bad publicity .
~ All we need to do is support them , guide them & maintain a healthy connection/relation
in and around work place .

 ~ By Maintaining Reports , Pie charts , Graphs , feedback sessions we can
choose which idea is working & which is not , and accordingly we can
