Divorce
Forming a family is a very serious and responsible step for everybody's life and it's very
important to choose the right partner and live happy, but unfortunately there are cases of
failed marriages and the number is growing day by day. People don't understand each other,
they are not the same type of person. Divorce is one of the most controversial issues we have
today. One of the reason of it is bad marriage As time goes by, the divorce rate seems to be
increasing rapidly worldwide. This results into revolutionary change where it came to the
point it has become a part of people's way of life. People became aware of their
responsibilities and own needs which made an impact about the way the family needs.
Divorce causes many problems with it. It has become terrible problem for their children.
Parents have to make them understand that they can also have full and happy life without
being together, as a result both spouses and their children suffer as they deal with
complications in their family . The best solution is divorce so as the children don't see their
parents everydays quarrel.
A bad marriage is one of the major reason why the divorce rate is so high. Marriages don't
always turn out to be happy and blissful. Conflicts happen, things may go wrong, and failed
expectations can turn a marriage into a bad one. Critics argue that a bad marriage might end
up doing more harm than good to the family, therefore a divorce is a best solution. It may be
not acceptable under religious views but why should couple still stay together when they
both know that the best thing to do is to separate. Sometimes, people have no other choice
but get out. Sometimes, despite the best efforts and intentions on the part of a person, his or
her married life may turn out to be a miserable short story, threatening to end up a disaster
and sorrow. In such a situation, a divorce gives an individual chance to begin again with a
clean slate and start a fresh chapter in life. By this, both individuals ca be able to start a new
life and be happy again.
Divorce can also be a good solution or choice for the sake of children. It is not good for the
children to see their parents quarreling every time and not in a good situation. For instance,
a high conflict marriage where both spouses are constantly fighting is generally worse for a
child than a divorce. Children are not better off their parents remain in a bad marriage
instead of divorcing. Experts says what parents in troubled marriage must divorce rather
than raise the household where there is full of anger and tension. If there is a lot hate inside
the household how can a child concentrate in his or her studies? Isn't it better for a child to
grow up in a nice and silent household where no tensions are taking place> Divorce indeed
hurts children. However, if it is for the better of the entire family, then the children may
understand. There will be a point in their lives they will realize why their parents separated.
Both parents should still be responsible for their children . They should explain because their
children need their reasons so as to understand.
Children in a divorce family can be better with the guidance of their parents. Even though
parents are separated, it doesn't mean that they can't be good parents anymore. They should
maintain their good relationships to their children. The parents still be there for their
children whenever their attention is needed. By this, even if the parents are divorced,
children's life will not shatter and they can still have a better life knowing that both their
parents still care about them. The extent to which a child adjusts to life after divorce depends
on just how well parents handle their break up in relation to that child.
Divorce can be a benefit to all because not only the conflict inside the household will stop, it
will also raise the stress level lower for both parties. Children doesn/t deserve being in a
household with constant arguing and fighting. And if both parents can make their child
accept the separation the children might find it nice to see their parents happy. Divorce
hurts everyone in the family, however, if both parents can handle it very well, there's a high
chance that it can be better for everyone.
Children who have gone through a divorce with their parents can take the benefits of
spending one on one time with each parent. Despite the difficulties of divorce, the one on
one time is a great opportunity for parents and children to experience. There will be less
time but the quality of time spent together is usually increased because the parent is totally
focused on the children and the time together is valued more.
Children of divorced parents can also have a better understanding of life. They can be more
helpful in nature, caring and tolerant because of their experience. The fact that they have
had to go through the parent separation can give them practical skills such as problem
solving skills. If their parents are not around so much who is going to help them with their
problems? Divorce can be positive but it is mainly down to the parent to make it this way.
Most people think there is nothing positive about divorce as the negative effects are more
obvious and talked about. Of course, there is going to be some turbulence and adjustment for
the whole family and in some parental separation the process is harrowing, exhausting and a
long drawn out one but sometimes divorce can be the best thing for everyone involved. Very
few divorces are friendly but once the household situation is diffused by a family breakup
and the daily problems have disappeared, the children benefit because they are no longer
living and breathing a situation that has become a norm, They are no longer in the difficult
situation of feeling the need to take sides during parental arguments and disagreements and
having to listen to them,
Some parents find a way to get along for the sake of children once they are no longer living
together. Once the children are no longer exposed to the ongoing hostility in their living
environment, they can benefit tremendously. While they miss living with both parents,
ultimately they are much happier when they aren't dealing with adult problems. If parents
after a divorce can remain friendly, the children will learn that relationships don't have to
break down completely. They can be changed into something else. So the divorce is the best
solution.
