This document outlines a project to discuss diversity and how to promote unity despite differences. It will involve submitting written answers to 4 questions about diversity, separation, competencies, and actions to participants in Lebanon, Italy, France, Romania and other regions. The answers and recorded debates will then be compiled into a handbook on managing diversity to address disparities and promote sticking together despite being diverse. The project aims to address frequent migration and diversity through this participatory discussion-based approach from September 2015 to November 2015.

1. What is the best thing to do when diversity do cause separation and disparity? Let your experience talk!
Structure: 4 written questions to be submitted to the participants, shared with all of them and discussed over.
Duration: 20 September 2015 – 20 November 2015
 Scope of the project : 1) to find out : concept of diversity
competencies of individuals to stick together even they are quite diverse
actions to be taken when diversity causes separation and disparity
2) to publish the best reflections, key- actions in a sort of handbook to be consulted by addressed to everyone
Addressees: 100 people from the Mediterranean area, Africa and Europe. Already started in Lebanon, Italy, France and Romania.
Reasons of the project : a) the migration phenomenon is frequent
b) it implies several aspects of the diversity
