Bayan is the Marketing Manager of DIT group. A creative and motivated Bahraini, Bayan holds a
Masters in Interactive Media as well as Bachelors in Banking and Finance and has successfully left an
impression on employees and clients alike.
Having started working for Hill and Knowlton for two years, focusing on event management, press office
and social media management, eventually finding herself solely managing clients, Bayan has worked
her way up the events and PR market working for the Bahrain International Airshow, mainly incharge of
the opening ceremony and the Gala Dinner both high end VIP events that saw Ministers and Dukes
alike.
Working for a PR agency, although a drastic change from the banking sector, allowed Bayan to acquire
new knowledge and experience a newfound passion for the media and PR worlds. Her experience
working for the Bahrain International Airshow has given Bayan the ability to be able to manage high

27. Viana Nable DIT - SINCE 2014 MULTIMEDIA ARTTIST
Viana Nable, a Multimedia Arts graduate from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines.
Working for a number of different advertising and graphic design companies Viana has developed her
skills in graphic design, photography, web design, and videography.
She is capable of taking on a number of responsibilities and having been the only designer at her
previous job, Viana was responsible for the following:
• Conceptualization and execution of both online and print projects, ranging from creative ads to web
banners to infographics.
• Design and layout for various print collaterals such as flyers, brochures, catalogues, and
communication materials.
• Creation of large format prints necessary for various company branches and events.
• Web design of the official homepage and other webpages, and assistance in its revamp execution.
• Composition and editing of content for company use.
• Videography and video editing for company events; responsible for creation of corporate videos.
• Photography for offered products and company events; retouching and editing photos for marketing
use.
Viana’s strenghs lie in her strong time management skills, having the capacity to be both a leader and
team player focused on achieving the best possible results. Viana is committed, consistent and well
versed in different areas of design. She has a great eye for aesthetic design and is a fast learner and
takes on the responsibility of pleasing clients at utmost importance.

28. Edjonah Lising TECHNICIAN
Edjonah is the AVL technician at DIT. Knowledgeable about IT, basic programming, network device
configurations and troubleshooting, Edjonah uses his excellent communication and creative problem
solving skills in order to give clients services at upto and beyond their standards.
With a Bachelors in Science in information and communication Technology Ed Jonah is an integral part
of DITs operations and technical support in all events.
