 Problem statement: Revision in density based spatial clustering of applications with
noise (DBSCAN) clustering algorithm by detecting maximum number of outlier data
objects for improving cluster accuracy.
 MATLAB code of DBSCAN clustering algorithm implemented on various artificial and
real datasets.
 A review paper on “Major partitioning clustering algorithms used in big data analytics”
accepted in 4th
International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and

“Green Cloud: A sensor based centralized precision Agricultural system” (Presented in
Intel IEC-2012, Bangalore)
 Objective: To develop a versatile embedded system interlinked via global server with
benefits of exchange of agricultural data and analysis for prediction of better agricultural
practices.
 Developed a framework of sensors and the USB interface to the client machine to
support more crops and more accurate analysis.

2. Digital Mapping of University Farms (Under University’s Earn While You Learn
Programme)
 The map can be used as raw data for accomplishing many tasks such as calculation of
field area and monitoring of university farms by the authorities.
 Digitized University's map and its integration with the latitude and longitude
information.
 Raw images acquired through Google Earth were used to create a digital map using GIS
software – ArcView and Image Processing Software - ENVI 4.8.
Red-X: An android application with Web connected platform for blood donation
network (B.Tech Project)
 Objective was to assist the process of blood donations by utilizing modern technologies
consisting of an Android Based Mobile Application and a Web Portal for creating a
network of donors to enable them to donate/receive blood.
 Developed an Android Application with features like registering user details, displaying
list of blood donors and camps on Google map, communication between donor and
recipient via call, sms or E-mail, sharing information regarding urgent need of blood on
social networking websites, i.e., facebook, twitter.
 Developed a Web Application using Google Maps APIv3 providing features like
viewing donors and shared camps city wise, downloading android app, viewing twitter
updates and using google forms to provide feedback.
 Both the android application and web application, connected to a shared database,
communicates with the web client server running on a Jelastic Java based PaaS server.
