- Evaluated submittals and other documents for compliance with IFC documents, both drawings and
specifications, as well as the SED specs, OBO specific codes, RIPS (Requirements Integration Package) and
referenced standards, for example, ASTM, NFPA, etc. Prepared ordinary OBO submittals and complicated
substitution requests for non-US standard materials.
- Developed and submitted RFI’s to the Designers of Record and OBO in all disciplines, civil, architectural, MEP
and TSS.
- Managed distribution of all technical information (drawings, specs, submittals, RFI’s, bulletins, schedules, etc.)
for the project team based in Kyrgyzstan. This included coordinating information distribution with the ECCI
stateside team and numerous stateside consultants.
- Documented construction progress through generating coordination meeting minutes, taking and distributing
photographs, conducting field surveys especially at problem areas.
- Worked in the technical office and my responsibilities were including the followings:
 Monitored the progress of the construction to attain the highest construction and design quality within the
limits of the contract documents. Evaluated submittals and issued RFIs for final resolution.
 Reported directly to the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
 Assisted in the distribution and timely return of submittals to subcontractors and construction managers.
 Worked closely with design manager to assure adherence to drawings and specifications as well as the
extensive related codes, OBO standards and industry construction standards.
 Worked very closely with OBO's representatives on site experts in evaluating the project and making
valuable corrections. Provided effort in coordination of construction during concrete placement to
minimize its negative impact on the NEC till architectural finishes.
