• Will Use ICT Technology to Spread Information
• News Media Will be Kept Informed of Events
• Communications with Participants Essential as
it Would Be a Local and Regional Movement
that Will Eventually Be a National Issue
• Feedback to All Participants Will be Important
to Keep the Initiative Going
DELIBERATIONS
• The Purpose is to Reach Negotiations with The
Government and the Unions
• Expected Reaction is Negative
• Both Government and Unions Will Attempt to
Disrupt and Discredit Initiative
• Patience and Keeping the Participants
Involved Will be Key to Keeping the Initiative
Alive
OTHER ISSUES
• It is of Primary Importance to Train a Group of
Observers Regarding the Execution of the
Agreement
• Will Not be Easy as the Unions Are Used to
Get Their Way
