• Digital tools for collaboration and creativity – Padlet exercise for Q&A

3. Make sure you know the basics…
• Sources of IT support – one to one appointments available, online and
offline. Covers tech support for kit and how to access/make use of
supported digital tools.
• Study Zone Digital – one to one support, cafés and other resources to help
you develop your study skills
• One to one online support with developing your English Language Skills
• A comprehensive guide to all kinds of IT support, including how to join a
real time session on Teams/Zoom, wifi and timetable access, account
security, logging into VPN
• Infographic of support services

4. Digital Tools
• For collaboration
• Work together on a shared document in your Exeter OneDrive account
• Real time calls in MS Teams (like the one we’re in now!)
• Putting ideas together using MS Whiteboard
