Because ‘Francisandthe Lights’doesn’thave a promotional posterforanyof hisalbums,Ihad to
use one from anotherartistof the same genre.Itwouldappearthatincludingthe artistname,
and albumname are a mustfor any posterpromotinganalbum.Alsoincludingaphotoof the
artistthemselvesonthe posterisa re-occurringtheme.Thispromotional posteristakenfrom
iTunes,soitdoesn’tcontainhowyoucan pre-orderit,because youwouldhave clickedstraight
on the advert,andit wouldhave takenyouto the pre-orderpage.The picture andbackground
are inblackand white,thisisdone sothat the artistsname and albumname standout the most,
as theyare inbrightcolours.
In the gridto the rightare a mix of Pop
musicalbumcovers.Theyall vary a lot,
some containa brighteclecticmix of
colours,whereasothersare inblackand
white,oronlyfeature 1 or 2 colours.
