Difficult Employees By Mayra Reyes-Torres
Difficult people do not represent problems if you see them at the store or at any other place. When it comes to working with someone like this it can be very irritating.
Working with a difficult employee is very hard because the environment that they are working in starts getting a lot of tension and the employees stop working as a team.
 The Pessimist employees are always expressing themselves in a negative way  The complainer  is always complaining about everything. Types of Difficult Employees
3. The attacker lacks listening skills and always disagrees with everyone. 4.  Another type of difficult employee is a person who is told to do something but doesn’t do because he says that it isn’t his job.
Identify what is the problems When the problem is identified let the person explain why he/she has that behavior Look for a quiet and private place when discussing the solution to the problem Strategies to Help Work with a Difficult person
Give the employee certain length of time to change their behavior and if they don’t act upon the expectations then they should be fired.
Managers and supervisors should work hard so that they can solve any issues there are and this way they can work in an environment that everyone would enjoy.
