1.
2. Different Sensors Installed:
•Sensor For Temperature Monitoring
•Sensor For Pressure Monitoring
•Sensor For Level Monitoring
•Sensor For Mass Load Monitoring
3. Different Sensors Installed:
Sensor For Temperature Monitoring:
To monitor the temperature of reaction mass in
reactor / tank, sensors installed are:
RTD (Resistance Temp. Detector)
TT (Temp. Transmitter)
TS (Temperature Switch)
•RTD elements consist of a length of fine wire
wrapped around a ceramic or glass core but
other constructions are also used.
•RTD wire is a pure material, typically platinum,
nickel, or copper which has an accurate
resistance/temperature relationship.
•RTD elements are fragile, they are often housed
in protective probes.
•They are of different types based on their
application.
•RTD Work | Principle.
4. Different Sensors Installed:
Sensor For Pressure Monitoring:
•To monitor the pressure in the reactor
vessel / tank, sensors installed are:
PT (Pressure Transmitter)
•To control the Pressure in lines
connected to pump, Sensor Installed:
PS (Pressure Switch)
•There are different types of PT.
•How Does PT Work.
5. Different Sensors Installed:
Sensor For Level Monitoring:
•To monitor the level of reaction mass in
the reactor vessel / tanks, sensors
installed are:
LT (Level Transmitter)
LS (Level Switch)
•How Does LT Work.
6. Different Sensors Installed:
Sensor For Mass Load Monitoring:
•To monitor the load of mass kept in the
reactor vessel / tanks, sensors installed
are:
Load cell
