Dick	Eaton	is	the	Founder	and	Chief	Energizing	Officer	of	Leapfrog	Innovations,	
based	in	Portland,	OR.		He	is	a	team	and	leadership	development	consultant,	
executive	leadership	coach,	“innovationist”,	angel	investor,	and	creative	
entrepreneur.	
His	work	is	focused	on	creating	deeply	engaging	experiences	that	yield	
creativity,	innovation,	and	enhanced	leadership.		Dick	facilitates	‘coach-able

Advertising,	Cabot	Advertising,	and	Staples,	where	he	served	as	the	founding	Director	of	Marketing.
