Mrs. Santos is a retired
teacher. Most of her life is
spent in working and
providing the needs of her
family. She feels alone and
bored since all her children
are working and just like
her, most of their time are
on work and have a limited
time to visit her. If you are a
social worker, what goal
should you used and how?
Nancy is a transferee at the Senior
High School program in your
school. Being new to the school,
she is noted to be quiet and avoid
interaction in people often. After
one semester, Nancy’s behavior
remains the same as she finds
difficulty in building relationship.
She chose to eat, read and walk
alone. Worried by the observation,
her adviser referred the case to the
school’s social worker. If you are
