VOLUME
Too soft, can't hear
at all.
Can hear, but not loud
enough.
Loud enough and we
can all hear perfectly,
Volume was perfect AND
added increases or
decreases for emphasis.
CLARITY
Mumbled a lot. Could
not understand.
Mumbled a bit. Hard to
understand all the words.
Pronounced all the
words correctly.
There was an extra
crispness to the
pronunciation.
FLUENCY
Choppy, needed to stop
and figure out words.
Stopped now and then to
work on a word.
Smooth like a river.
Knew every word!
Flowed faster or slower
depending on the story's
mood.
EXPRESSION
Didn't change voice at
all: monotone.
Read in a sing-song way
or did not change voice
very much.
Changed their voice to
make it interesting the
whole time.
Sounded very professional!
This reader should be on
stage!
CONNECTION
Did not have any
connection with his
partner.
Had a little connection
with his partner.
Most of the time had
connection with his
partner.
Connection during the whole
dialogue.
BEHAVIOUR Did not respect the
other presentations at
all.
Interrupted the other
presentations a few
times.
Listened but talked
during the other
presentations.
Listened the other
presentations respectfully.
