This document outlines a study examining breast cancer awareness, screening, and support among Hispanic women in southeast Wisconsin. The study aimed to assess breast cancer awareness, screening rates, and the impact of outreach efforts. It used a cross-sectional design to collect data on the continuum of breast cancer care from Hispanic women in Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha over four years. The findings pointed to significant deficits and an urgent need for specialized breast cancer programming and services for this population.
