2. Key Responsibilities
• The project was to migrate the data and physical documents from legacy systems (BITS) to Work flow and
Imaging (WFI) systems for 3 entities – India, Singapore & Honkong.
• Coordinate with the Onsite coordinator and Client to collect and analyze the project requirements.
• Experience as Point of contact for the image migration project – India. Documented the FS from BRS, planned
the UAT and production schedules.
• The extractions from source machines and migration to WFI were done using Filenet Migration utility.
• SQL Server 2000 is used for metadata storage and file store is used to store the images. Oracle 11g is used in
the WFI end for the metadata storage and the images are migrated to Filenet P8 (4.5).
• Update the clients with the daily activities along with weekly report to meet the SLA metrics.
• Final Reports were generated via the databases and were shared and had interactions with the client for
timely closure of the project.

Key Responsibilities
• The project dealt with master communication system for various projects. Experience in requirement analysis,
project estimations and documentation of FS & TS.
• FS, X1-X2 estimations and Technical specification document were prepared for the MCS letters of Campaign
Capability, Thai Hybrid and Letter solution projects.
• FS walkthrough were given to the client for the confirmation of the projects.
• Development was done in Thunderhead 5.1 for the Campaign Capability MCS letters for all the regions in
APAC. Thunderhead is a customer communication management tool which is used to generate the MCS letters
for the Insurance service. Development was done based on the existing template as per the requirement.
• New MCS letter samples were generated for RLS POS Audit Enhancement project, which included the
processing from Actuate Xenos developer Studio. The sample input given as spool files from RLS were
processed to generate the input XML files for thunderhead. Extensive experience in Thunderhead BCS and BOS
modules for the development of new letters.

3. • Unit testing were done on the developed module for the projects which included the test script document,
along with test cases and results.
• Timely closure of SIT cycle runs and defect fixes in both SIT/UAT. Coordinate with defect fix team and cycle
execution team for the timely closure of defects and re-run of the cycles.
• SIT reports were shared with the client and was point of contact for SIT-Indonesia
• Functional testing was done on the entire MCS letters, using the approach of black box testing.
• SQA lead for 3 member team. The functional testing was done based on the existing layout and the reports
were shared with the client.
