CONCEPT
Strength : Osaka Bay has the new attractive space and in the same time its accommodated with
good public transportation
Weakness : The risk of money spent by government and residential built in Yumeshima may
facing the crisis
Opportunity : It will become new tourism spot and good income for government, public and private
sectors
Threats : Location of Yumeshima has the higher tsunami risk
• Osaka Bay area doesn’t have good
access for public – not integrated to
each other

normal buildings. People might panic during
the evacuation if they don’t understand the
safety map

point evacuation buildings
• There is the possibility for the failure of
structure of evacuation buildings

Background Strategy People need 60 mins for evacuation to the top of buildings and maximal 4 hours needed for help reach the evacuation buildings.
