Graduate Programme
What is it about?
In Global Development, we lead drug development from
clinical testing, through the submission and approval, to
its release on the market.
As part of the 2-year programme you will undertake
two rotations in different departments within our
headquarters in Denmark and a rotation in one of our
global affiliates. The programme will give you a deep
understanding of our drug development processes.

Am I qualified?
• A master’s degree from 2019 or 2020 in natural science,
public health, pharmacy, statistics, mathematics or IT
and above average academic achievements
• International experience and mindset
• Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities
• Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive
and an eagerness to learn
• Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
