As Senior NCO?s we need to come up with ways to help fix the awards process to
make it fair and based on merit not rank or position.
According to ?AR 600 8 22 / 25 June 2015 para 3 1 c: The decision to award an
individual a decoration and the decision as to which award is appropriate are both
subjective decisions made by the commander having award approval authority.
Awards for meritorious achievement or service will not be based upon the grade of
the intended recipient. Rather, the award should reflect both the individual?s level of
responsibility and his or her manner of performance. The degree to which an
individual?s achievement or service enhanced the readiness or effectiveness of his or
her organization will be the leading factor?.
I think the AR 600 8 22 is very clear on the guidance for awards and we need to
change the way awards are written and ensure the commander knows and understands
the process.

written many recommendations for awards for my soldiers and military personnel

Edgar Allen Poe was one of the greatest poets to show both the human emotion as a

May of 1849, Poe wrote one of his greatest poems, Annabel Lee which depicts a love

First off, Alex is clever and curious in the book Skeleton Key. He was clever
throughout the book so far. At the start of the book it says, He ran on tip toe...

Alex thought a diversion quickly, which was to set the yacht on fire. His goal was
to get everyone outside to help put out the fire while Alex and his partner escaped

how he fought the security guard. During the fight he is thinking how is he going to

candidates and to the people that are homeless, prisoners or disabled. I used this
website to help me choose what I should hire for my charity event. This has helped
me to consider the different available activities I can hire such as the colourful soft
play area for children under the age of 5. This site offers staffs that I can hire such
as the crew staff that help to set up the equipment such as the Under 8s Super
Heroes Bouncy Castle; to keep the children active. Even though the majority of the
activities are provided by them, they didn t include the prices to hire the
equipment or staff. Therefore, I used a different website. There is a variety of
activities from this website that I can hire and they include all the information of
the prices and when it is available to hire rather than waiting 2 days to get a quote
(which was my main problem when searching for activities to hire for my event.).
From this website, I have decided that to hire the 25ft x 25ft Adults/Childs Bouncy

vote, join the military, and buy lottery tickets. When you are 17 you cannot do
those things but you can be put into adult facilities. The law does not have to tell
the parents of a 17 year old s arrest. The parents also do not have the right to be in

They say that by moving the 17 year old offenders would improve their lives in the
long run. Keeping 17 year old in the juvenile system would protect their records by
keeping them private. Programs to help the young offenders are offered in the
juvenile system. They have access to education and substance abuse programs that
are unavailable in the adult jails. The concern for the younger children in the
juvenile system is solved by having the older teens at a different location from the
younger children (Dworaczyk). Although in adult jails, 17 year olds are required
to be kept away from the adults in solitary this can lead to psychological problems
for the teens and can lead to self harm ( Raise the Age of Criminal Responsibility ).
On the other side of the situation, critics say that the younger children will be
exposed to the influence of the older teens regardless of if they are in a different
location. The 17 year olds are into more serious crimes, so their rehabilitation needs
may be more with the needs of adults rather than juveniles. The critics are saying
the adult jails have more of the type of help that these offenders need. They are
looking out for the younger juvenile children and what their outcome will be if they
are exposed to the 17 year olds behavior

Location And Population
India is located at coordinates of 20.5937В° N, 78.9629В° E and is 3.287 million
kmВІ in landmass. This is fairly small compared to Australia with 7.692 million
kmВІ in landmass. Australia is located at coordinates of 25.2744В° S, 133.7751В°E.
Further more even though Australia is bigger it still has a smaller people per kmВІ
rate. At 3 people per kmВІ this is miniature compared to India with gigantic rate of
382 people kmВІ.there is also huge difference in population as Australia has
21,508,000 and India with a enormous population of 1,326,572,000 the difference
between these populations are 1,305,064,000.

The flag of a country is always unique and represents the countries values. India s
flag has the colours green, white and orange going horizontal in this order. In the
middle of the white is something called the Ashoka Chakra it is a 24 spoke wheel
that represents the 33 inscriptions on the pillars of Ashoka. As well as boulders and
