Automated Content-based Trust for Electronic Contracts

This document discusses determining the trustworthiness of unfamiliar electronic contracts through content-based analysis. It proposes using a k-nearest neighbor algorithm to compare new contract proposals to prior experience with contracts and predict trust values, such as the likelihood of compliance, based on similarity.
