CHALLENGES TODAY…. That
young fashion designers face
The biggest challenges:
- Competition on price
- Competition on awareness
- A flooded market where it is difficult to
innovate.
so here I propose a platform to all those
young struggling fashion desIgners a
platform were they can learn everything
and then send their designs that well
known fashion designers will analyze and
finally finalize and then be sold on the E-
markets.

JOB ENVIRONMENT
 The world of fashion design is
filled with creative and fashion-
forward thinking, but without the
proper work environment, all that
creativity gets lost somewhere
between the concepts and
execution. Once designs become
actual garments, shoes and
jewelry, the fashion designer's job
may expand to include marketing,
fashion shows and client fittings.
 SO here I provide a perfect job
environment and the designers
need not worry about the
environment and can work from
home.
MARKETS WITH WHICH IT WILL
COMPETE…
 Various online boutiques
but here we are different in
the league.
 We wont be selling the
products directly. We will be
connected with textile and
cloth manufacturers and
the E-Markets too for the
final selling.
GOALS..
 Providing employment to all those
fashion designers who have a keen
interest and passion to work in this field
but is lacking some opportunities.
 Working as an interface between new
struggling designers and experienced
designers.
 Will providing customers latest designs
of outfits that they would love to try..
Ultimate goal is to reduce
unemployment in this field in
India.
What are our strategies to
work towards our goals???
 We will be hiring the designers on the basis of
their work in a particular trial period.
 Salary will be on per design basis.
 Advertisement of the app will be done across the
state first and ads will be online.
 The salary will improve according to the number of
items sold that were designed by them.
TACTICS!!!!
CONTROL..
1. Managers will be there for every field
starting from managing designers to
managing manufacturers and
convincing the E-Commerce websites.
2. We will be hiring the app developers
initially to design an app for the same.
3. Technical issues will be handled by the
tech team that will have a completely
different domain.
IMPLEMENTATION
 INFRASTRUCTRE: for working of our
managers and workers we will be
needing an office were we can all work
together.
 But we cannot spent too much on that.
We will be focusing more on the
technical aspects in the starting.
It is an indirect E-
commerce!!
PROCESSES!!
The various processes involved here
during the implementation and
tactics includes the following-
1. Development of the app
2. Check the working of the app for
a few months and then launch it.
3. Making people i.e our core
customers aware about this app
and how it will be helpful to them
by visiting various places where
we can interact with our target
customers.
4. After we start receiving the
application we will be shortlist
the first group of designers and
who can bring about some new
designs.
SCHEDULE!!!
WHY SCHEDULE & TIME PLAYS
AN IMPORTANT ROLE??
 The schedule for implementation of the
plan should be scheduled properly.
 Timing plays an important role in the
market. For e.g. If we start just before a
big festival when people try upon new
designs then there are chances of more
profits.
 We also need to be patient after the
launch. Even the wait can stretch up to
2-3 years and maybe only after than
time we may be able to get proper
profits.

I. The financial calculations are very
important in any type of marketing
plan.
II. There should an estimated amount
that will be required initially.
III. We will need to do surveys to
understand the company’s position
and its financial stability.

designs of cloths and outfits and will
increase the divisions with time.
 Collaboration- we will be collaboration
with the E-commerce websites after the
app is ready.

  • 3. CHALLENGES TODAY…. That young fashion designers face The biggest challenges: - Competition on price - Competition on awareness - A flooded market where it is difficult to innovate. so here I propose a platform to all those young struggling fashion desIgners a platform were they can learn everything and then send their designs that well known fashion designers will analyze and finally finalize and then be sold on the E- markets.
  • 4. SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS- market, goals, progress, strategies……
  • 5. Situational analysis…. JOB ENVIRONMENT  The world of fashion design is filled with creative and fashion- forward thinking, but without the proper work environment, all that creativity gets lost somewhere between the concepts and execution. Once designs become actual garments, shoes and jewelry, the fashion designer's job may expand to include marketing, fashion shows and client fittings.  SO here I provide a perfect job environment and the designers need not worry about the environment and can work from home. MARKETS WITH WHICH IT WILL COMPETE…  Various online boutiques but here we are different in the league.  We wont be selling the products directly. We will be connected with textile and cloth manufacturers and the E-Markets too for the final selling.

GOALS..  Providing employment to all those fashion designers who have a keen interest and passion to work in this field but is lacking some opportunities.  Working as an interface between new struggling designers and experienced designers.  Will providing customers latest designs of outfits that they would love to try..
  • 7. Ultimate goal is to reduce unemployment in this field in India.

What are our strategies to work towards our goals???  We will be hiring the designers on the basis of their work in a particular trial period.  Salary will be on per design basis.  Advertisement of the app will be done across the state first and ads will be online.  The salary will improve according to the number of items sold that were designed by them.
  • 10. CONTROL.. 1. Managers will be there for every field starting from managing designers to managing manufacturers and convincing the E-Commerce websites. 2. We will be hiring the app developers initially to design an app for the same. 3. Technical issues will be handled by the tech team that will have a completely different domain.

  • 12. IMPLEMENTATION  INFRASTRUCTRE: for working of our managers and workers we will be needing an office were we can all work together.  But we cannot spent too much on that. We will be focusing more on the technical aspects in the starting.
  • 13. It is an indirect E- commerce!!
  • 14. PROCESSES!! The various processes involved here during the implementation and tactics includes the following- 1. Development of the app 2. Check the working of the app for a few months and then launch it. 3. Making people i.e our core customers aware about this app and how it will be helpful to them by visiting various places where we can interact with our target customers. 4. After we start receiving the application we will be shortlist the first group of designers and who can bring about some new designs.
  • 16. WHY SCHEDULE & TIME PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE??  The schedule for implementation of the plan should be scheduled properly.  Timing plays an important role in the market. For e.g. If we start just before a big festival when people try upon new designs then there are chances of more profits.  We also need to be patient after the launch. Even the wait can stretch up to 2-3 years and maybe only after than time we may be able to get proper profits.
  • 18. FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS I. The financial calculations are very important in any type of marketing plan. II. There should an estimated amount that will be required initially. III. We will need to do surveys to understand the company’s position and its financial stability.

  • 20.  There will be sub divisions in the type of designs of cloths and outfits and will increase the divisions with time.  Collaboration- we will be collaboration with the E-commerce websites after the app is ready.
